Orel -5

There are Orel vessels all over the area - Searching for number 5 brought up at least 5 others out there on their way in this part of the world.
Note that she is a bit farther out in the center lanethan most traffic - going slower, so she lets the faster pass by on the inside.
Also note that Turkish flags on the Asian/far shore: yesterday was the brithday of the Turkish Republic, hence the extra flags.

As Valentia

At 5:20 PM it is starting to get dark. Add in the evening haze/mist and the quality of the images drops considerably. There is still enough to make out some details, but the images are not crisp.
Notice the running lights are on.

Rabunion20 has been past several times - likely we haven't caught all of her passes.
If you zoom in on the pictures, we are sure you can see the animals themselves, lined up under decks.
Of course, their food is clearly visible on the top deck - bales of hay.

Atalandi (Again)

Within the last week or so, the powesr that be have changed the flow of the traffic on the Bosphorous.
For the past month or so, all traffic at our time of day (evening) has been north-bound.
As of this week, evening traffic is flowing south.

Atalandi has been here before - most likely many times that we have not been able to catch her, but once again in our blog.

Arkas ships come past pretty regularly. It appears to be a fairly large holding company with some Chinese affiliations.
It wasn't initially apparent that the artistic "A" on the bow was actually part of the official name of the vessel!
